Four Capsules Provide:
1,800 mg. of Psyllium Seed Husks (milled), Citrus Pectin, Acidophilus (dairy free, freeze-dried), Bifidus (dairy free, freeze-dried), Artichoke and Cellulose
Other ingredients: Gelatin and vegetable stearate
Suggested Usage:
