Juicing Your Way Back To Health: 3 Simple Recipes To Get You Started
Have you ever heard of juicing your own produce? It might sound strange at first but trust me, this is one wagon you'll want to hop on. Juicing is the process where you obtain natural vitamins, minerals, and enzymes from raw fruits and vegetables. The combinations are endless, and just about every fruit and vegetable will work!
Juicing is one of the easiest ways to reap health benefits at any time of the day. Did you know that juicing raw fruits and vegetables allow active enzymes into your body? This alone helps your cells take in more nutrients needed for cellular growth and health benefits.
You might be wondering how juicing your own produce is better for your body than store bought juice. All store bought juice is pasteurized, and has no active enzymes. When you cook your produce, the enzymes from the fruits and vegetables are lost. Your body has to work double time just to produce the enzymes needed for cellular regeneration.
