Coconut oil has a great source of healthy fats. It's known to speed up weight loss, if taken daily. Coconut oil also boosts circulation, and helps those who get cold faster stay warm. Coconuts also increase absorption of calcium and magnesium. Some benefits of Coconut oil are:

  • Beauty treatments
  • Shiny hair
  • Rapid nail growth
  • Natural toothpaste

So what's the verdict? Use both! You don't have to choose between one or the other, try them both out. They both offer similar benefits, but you might find that you enjoy using one better than the other. However when cooking, Avocado oil is able to withstand higher temperatures. If you're going to cook steak or chicken at a high temperature, I suggest using avocado oil. Coconut oil is better for cooking vegetables or eggs.
