Product not up to your standards?

Sorry to hear that. Fortunately Vitamin Partners offers returns on any non-perishable item delivered within the USA, no questions asked.

Items may be returned within 30 days if unopened with prior authorization. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. We cannot accept returns of perishable items. International sales are final.  

You can easily request a return if you created an account during checkout. Just click my account in the top right of any page, login with your credentials, click your order number, and then fill out the return request form at the bottom of the page and submit it. Although we hope you never have to return something, we like to make sure it is easy and without hassle if you have to.
